Question 1

What are your hours and are you open year-round?

Accepted Answer

Specific hours vary seasonally with Whistler's visitor patterns. We recommend checking their social media or calling ahead to confirm current operating hours, especially during shoulder seasons.

Question 2

Do you take reservations or is it first-come, first-served?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ins are welcome, though peak times can see lineups. For large groups, it's best to contact the shop in advance to ensure they can accommodate you.

Question 3

Are your smoothie bowls and ice cream suitable for dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

All ingredients are 100% natural, but specific dietary accommodations (vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies) should be discussed directly with staff when ordering to ensure safety.

Question 4

Is there parking available at Sunshine Place?

Accepted Answer

The shop is located on Sunshine Place in central Whistler. Street and lot parking options are typically available in the area, though availability varies during peak season.

Question 5

What should I order if I'm undecided?

Accepted Answer

Their smoothie bowls and ice cream are both Instagram-popular, so creative flavor combinations are a house specialty. Staff can recommend seasonal favorites or help you build a custom order based on your preferences.
