Question 1

What types of equipment can I rent, and do you have gear available year-round?

Accepted Answer

evo offers mountain bikes for the bike park as well as snowboards and winter gear for powder days. Rental availability varies seasonally, so winter and summer peak seasons have full selections, while shoulder seasons may have more limited options.

Question 2

Do I need a reservation, or can I just walk in?

Accepted Answer

Walk-ins are welcome, but during busy periods (weekends and peak season) it's wise to call ahead or book in advance to ensure your preferred equipment size and type is available.

Question 3

Where is the shop located, and is there parking nearby?

Accepted Answer

evo is located at 4295 Blackcomb Way in Whistler Village, right in the heart of the resort. Village parking is available in nearby lots; check Whistler's parking map for current availability and rates.

Question 4

What should I bring or know before renting?

Accepted Answer

Bring a valid photo ID and payment method. Staff can help match you with the right size and skill level, so let them know your experience and what terrain you plan to ride.

Question 5

Are rental prices per day, and what payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Rental pricing and duration options are available on-site or by contacting the shop directly. Most outdoor rental shops accept major credit cards and cash, though it's best to confirm current payment options when you visit or call ahead.
