Montis Distilling

Montis Distilling is a craft distillery founded in 2019 at 1062 Millar Creek Road in Function Junction, Whistler. The team produces gin, vodka, and whisky using locally sourced malted barley from British Columbia, and also runs a custom gin program for personalized batches. The tasting room is dedicated to tasting tours rather than a full bar or food menu; walk-ins are accepted when space allows, and booking ahead is recommended. Published hours are typically midday openings most days with Wednesday closed, subject to change. Shipping is within Canada only.
