Question 1

Do I need to book in advance or can we just walk in?

Accepted Answer

Escape! Whistler is popular and located in the village, so booking ahead is recommended, especially during peak season and weekends. Walk-ins may be accommodated if rooms are available, but advance reservations ensure you get your preferred time slot.

Question 2

What's the minimum and maximum group size?

Accepted Answer

Escape rooms typically accommodate groups of 2 to 8 people per room. If your group is larger, you may be able to book multiple rooms or split into teams—contact them directly for the best arrangement for your party.

Question 3

Is this suitable for kids, and are there age restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Escape rooms can be enjoyed by families and kids, though difficulty levels vary by room. Most venues allow younger children if accompanied by adults, but some puzzles may be better suited to teens and adults—check their room descriptions or call ahead about the right fit for your group.

Question 4

How long does a game take, and what should we expect?

Accepted Answer

Escape room experiences typically last 60 minutes, with a brief intro and debrief before or after. You'll solve puzzles and find clues to progress through an immersive storyline—teamwork and communication are key.

Question 5

Is it accessible for people with mobility challenges?

Accepted Answer

Located in Whistler Village's Mountain Square, accessibility depends on the specific room layout. Contact them beforehand to discuss your needs so they can ensure the best experience or recommend a suitable room.
