Question 1

Do you rent gear, or is this strictly a retail shop?

Question 2

Can staff provide trail recommendations or local beta for climbing and hiking?

Accepted Answer

Yes—the centre prides itself on local expertise and serves as a hub for exploring the Sea to Sky region's trails and climbing areas like the Stawamus Chief. Staff should be able to recommend routes and conditions based on your skill level and interests.

Question 3

What are your hours and is parking available at the location?

Accepted Answer

The shop is located at 38551 Loggers Lane in Squamish. Check their website or call ahead for current hours and to confirm parking availability at that address.

Question 4

Do you sell or rent climbing-specific gear like harnesses and ropes?

Accepted Answer

As an adventure outfitter in Squamish's climbing hub, they almost certainly stock climbing equipment. For specifics on what's available for purchase versus rent, and for specialty or technical gear, reach out directly.

Question 5

Is this location kid-friendly, and can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

This is an outdoor retail and outfitting shop, so kids are welcome. For dog policy, check with the centre first, as it may depend on store rules and whether you're renting or purchasing gear.
